Wesselman Woods Nature Preserve
In the midst
of a bustling city, Wesselman Woods Nature Preserve affords the visitor a
secluded walk amidst the trees, birds and wild flowers. A 200 acre old growth
(virgin) hardwood forest nature preserve, Wesselman Woods is located just
off the Lloyd Expressway within the city limits. The interpretive center
is a place where people of all ages can visit for relaxation, education and
