A. A La Carte Dining
A la carte selections
are available for luncheon and dinner service for parties of twelve or less.
Any event with participants exceeding these set limits requires a menu planned
with our staff two weeks in advance. The guaranteed number of participants
is required 24 hours before the start of your function.
B. Buffet
Service
For special occasions, buffet service is available for
groups of 30 or more. Planning for buffets is required and menus should be
completed as far in advance as possible.
C. Menus
The
menus presented are our most popular items. If you so desire, we would be
delighted to create custom tailored menus for your event.

DUE TO CONSTANTLY FLUCTUATING CONDITIONS, ALL PRICES ARE
SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION.

Guaranteed
We ask that a final guaranteed number be given to the
Director of Sales' office 24 hours prior to the start of our function. This
guaranteed number will note subject to reduction. All charges will be based
on this guaranteed number or the actual number of guest served, if greater.
For your convenience, we will be prepared to serve 5% over the guaranteed
number. If no final guarantee is received, we will consider the estimated
number indicated on the original arrangement form to be the guaranteed number
of guests. Should your attendance rise above 5%, RiverHouse cannot guarantee
the menu selections for additional guests.
F. Deposits Required
and Refund of Deposits
A deposit equal to the room rental rate
is required on all group functions booked unless credit has been established
with RiverHouse. Any function cancelled 15 days or less prior to functions
will be charged for the room. Any function cancelled more than 15 days but
less than 31 days prior to the function will be charged 50% of room rental
rates.
G. Decorations
We ask that no tape, tacks, etc.
be used on the walls of the meeting rooms to assure our guests of an attractive
atmosphere for future meetings. Any damages incurred will be at the expense
of the booking party.
Cloth linen is provided for your event. Should
you wish to have candles or flowers on your table, they can be provided for
an additional fee.
For band or entertainment set-ups, please check
with the Director of Sales. There is as 12:00 midnight cut off time for
entertainment.
H. Setup
In order for us to service your
group propertly, please advise us on all details, menu requirements and equipment
needs, two weeks prior to your function date. If you choose to leave equipment
in the banquet rooms, RiverHouse will not accept the liabilities if tampered
with or stolen.
F. Equipment
We will provide podiums,
screens, chalkboards, easels and microphones at no charge. We will be happy
to arrange rental of any audio-visual equipment you need.

Billing
PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE AT THE CONCLUSION OF YOUR FUNCTION.
Credit can be established with RiverHouse, but must be approved by the General
Manager of the hotel and the Accounting Department TWO WEEKS prior to your
function. A 1 1/2% finance charge will be placed on any balance past due
over 30 days.
F. Function Rooms
Private rooms and
contractual prices are assigned according to the number of anticipated attendees
at the time the function is booked. The Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate
these prices and/or charge the assigned function room or rooms in the event
of a decrease in the number of attendees.
